CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Dancing Ewe Yarns is committed to providing the highest level customer service possible. “Your complete satisfaction”… is more than a popular statement. We REALLY mean it. We offer our customers a one year, unconditional, money back guarantee on the products we sell. This means that if you are not happy with a product you have purchased from us we will refund your money. No questions asked. If any merchandise is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it or issue you a refund. We stand behind our products 100% and so do our suppliers.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for yarn that has been wound into a ball, patterns, knitting needles and crochet hooks. All Clearance Merchandise sales are final and cannot be returned. Also, shipping is not refundable.
All returned merchandise must be in new condition with all packaging intact.
A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained from Dancing Ewe Yarns before a refund will be accepted. Simply, email us at sales@dancingewe-yarns.com with your order number and tell us the merchandise you want to return and we will issue you a RAN. Please include the RAN with your return and as soon as we receive the merchandise we will issue you a credit on your credit card. It’s as easy as that.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders of $75 or more. For orders less than $75 we charge a flat $5 domestic shipping fee. We make every effort to ship orders with 24 hours or the first business day available.
International shipping is not currently available. This feature will be added shortly. Please check back soon for this to be updated.
