Here is a beautiful small lace piece in the shape of a leaf from the majestic Oak. This lace medallion has many possibilities for use as a small doily, tasseled bookmark, applique embellishment or just because it is fun to knit. Size of your leaf will depend on needle and thread used. Guidelines in pattern for anywhere from #30 crochet thread to size 5 pearl cotton. Shown in size 5 perle cotton on size US 3 needles for finished size of 6" by 4" excluding stem. Charted instructions.
